Club Motorsports hopes that everyone enjoyed a wonderful July 4th weekend.   Over the holiday weekend, I had the pleasure of participating in the Tamworth 4th of July parade and it was wonderful to meet so many folks who support our project.  In addition, I have spent more time in Tamworth meeting with several area business leaders and it is refreshing to discuss the issues and challenges we all face.  It has been a pleasure to meet a few of the local business owners and I look forward to having CMI play a more active role in the business community.   As always, we would like to express our thanks to all our local friends and supporters and of course, our members and who so strongly and passionately believe in our project.   Please let me provide you a brief recap of our plans and our path towards the start of construction.

Club Motorsports is proud to provide the following timeline for Valley Motorsports Park, New England’s premier motorsports country club in Tamworth, NH.  The below timeline provides a recap of the company’s progress and significant milestones achieved from the initial concept though the Army Corps’ issuing our federal permit.  We have achieved some significant milestones and eagerly await construction of our motorsports country club.

The 2005 Maserati Coupe Cambiocorsa seemed like a good idea. Until the bills began to pile up.

Boston businessman Gregg Levin, who says he is fascinated by exotic automobiles, last spring paid nearly $100,000 for the Italian-made sports car, which boasts 400 horsepower and turns heads on the street.

But before long he was spending more money on new tires, a wheel, and other maintenance, and Levin began to doubt the wisdom of his purchase, especially since he put the car into winter storage after driving it just a few thousand miles.

When you think of New Hampshire International Speedway, most of you will conjure images of 42 immaculate Ford, Chevy and Dodge NASCAR stock cars buzzing around the mile and a half oval. 
 
You probably would not envision Corvettes, 300ZXs, Porsches and other sports cars on a road course. But that’s exactly what you would find on any weekend that Club Racing with the New England Region of the Sports Car Club of America takes over the New Hampshire facility.
