Club Motorsports was granted our Alteration of Terrain or Site Specific permit by the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) for Valley Motorsports Park.  We are thrilled to gain approval of our second and final state permit as we continue to progress toward construction of Valley Motorsports Park.  A full press release will be issued this afternoon to all media outlets and will also be posted on our website.

This is the second major step in the permitting review and approval process, and we look forward to continuing our proactive work with NHDES, the Army Corp of Engineers, and with local officials on the remaining necessary permits.  We thank NHDES for their rigorous and thorough review of both our applications, and we are pleased that our project has met all of the standards required to receive both of these permits.  We are very proud to have reached this significant milestone in our project’s development.   By resolving the technical issues and questions concerning our project and thus receiving our two state permits, we move closer to the first phase of heavy construction.
