Individual Membership Price Information
We have added a new membership levels - Platinum. All individual membership levels, the new Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze each carry a one-time initiation fee plus monthly dues. The new Individual Platinum Memberships are limited with only 50 memberships available.
The two options below show the two ways to join Club Motorsports™. Under Option A: The Maximum Savings offer, join Club Motorsports and benefit from the greatest savings on the one-time initiation fee. With Option B: The Full Escrow program, 100% of your initiation fee will be held in an escrow account. If the facility is not completed, your initiation fee is returned. Additional information and details on this option are available on the membership escrow agreement.

Individual Membership - Monthly Dues
- Individual Bronze memberships carry monthly dues of $75 or $900 per year.
- Individual Silver memberships carry monthly dues of $100 or $1,200 per year.
- Individual Gold memberships carry monthly dues of $150 or $1,800 per year.
- Individual Platinum memberships carry monthly dues of $300 or $3,600 per year.
Monthly membership dues begin the first month the course is operating.
