Group/Corporate Membership Price Information
Our three group or small business membership levels, Gold, Silver, or Bronze each carry a one-time initiation fee plus monthly dues. The two options below show the prices on Club Motorsports™ membership. Under Option A: The Maximum Savings offer, join Club Motorsports and benefit from the greatest savings on the one-time initiation fee. With Option B: The Full Escrow program, 100% of your initiation fee will be held in an escrow account. If the facility is not completed, your initiation fee is returned. Additional information and details on this option are available on the membership escrow agreement.

Group or Small Business Membership Monthly Dues:
- Bronze memberships carry monthly dues of $150 or $1,800 per year.
- Silver memberships carry monthly dues of $200 or $2,400 per year.
- Gold memberships carry monthly dues of $250 or $3,000 per year.
Monthly membership dues begin the first month the course is operating.
