Each level of membership will be able to secure road course sessions through an advance reservation system. Bronze members can call twenty-one days in advance to guarantee a road course session. Silver members can call fourteen days in advance and gold members can call seven days in advance to guarantee a road course session. Even without a prior reservation, a member can call Valley Motorsports Park to see if there are road course sessions available on a given day. If available, the member can then book a road course session on a first come, first serve basis.

The club portion of the facility will be open everyday (with the exception of major holidays) of the year from 7:00am until 9:00pm Monday through Sunday. The Club will have such amenities as a pool, health club and restaurants as well as a planned hotel. The road course will operate from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays.

We expect the road course will be available and open on an average of 200 days per year from roughly mid-April through mid-November. The road course will be operating during the season weather permitting everyday of the week. Once the snow starts to fall and the ground freezes, the road course will be closed for the season. In order to protect the road course, it will not be plowed nor have any chemicals applied to the surface. We will not allow snowmobiles on the road course. Additionally, we plan on allowing access to the grounds for cross country skiing and snow-shoeing.

However, the club house and the “indoor amenities” – restaurant, health club, lounge, etc will remain open all year long.

There is no absolute number – capacity depends on the mix of memberships that will utilize the road course. We will not oversell memberships.

Any automobile (except SUV's, tracks, or vans) or motorcycles can be driven as long as it passes a safety inspection. Most of our members will be driving street legal cars from such as manufacturers and makes like: BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, Mustang, Corvettes, Miatas, Toyota Supra, Mitsubishi Evolution, Shelby Series 1, Audi, and even a Mini Cooper S.

Any reputable dealership or an independent, certified mechanic can do the inspection, or it can be done at the facility. A technical inspection form will be provided to you prior to access to the road course. It needs to be filled out and turned in before automobiles or motorcycles can be driven on Valley Motorsports Park. The inspections are required at regular intervals.
