Club Motorsports will rent either the West or the East course on a first come, first serve basis. Below are benefits and the costs associated with track rental.
Rental Benefits:
- Use of either the 1.9 mile, 10 turn or the 1.4 mile, 8 turn course
- All corner workers (all corner workers qualified by the SCCA)
- Use of all services in the Paddock Area and Garage Mahals
- Use of classrooms, locker rooms, shower facilities, fuel, and maintenance
- All fire apparatus supplied
- All medical equipment/EMS supplied
- All timing and scoring supplied
- Wrecker and towing to paddock Included
- Continental breakfast for all attending
- A completely prepared and turnkey facility
- When available, a full DVD/video of course usage

Reserving a track date requires the following:
- A 10% deposit 180 days prior to date(s) requested
- 40% payment 90 days prior to date(s) reserved.
- The remaining 50% payment is required 45 days prior to date(s) reserved
Additional Track Rental Information:
Reservations for either the East or West course is strictly on a first come, first served basis. Preference will be given to Marquee Clubs that have a number of members that are also members of Club Motorsports.
Full course reservations (3.3 Miles) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Club Motorsports. Full course usage will be premium priced due to inconveniencing the membership of Club Motorsports Country Club.
Vehicle Dynamics Area - the vehicle dynamics area will be available for rent year-round at a price of $1,500 per day including the irrigated area. The fee is all-inclusive and the area is approximately 4 acres square.
